Clients have many reasons for wanting a website designed – to provide the only ‘shop window’ for their products or services, to support their high street presence, to enable their potential customers to order goods or reserve rooms while out and about, or sometimes because they think they ought to be on-line owing to the fact that their competition already is.
Whatever the reason, we find that the most important starting point is a detailed conversation with our clients about their specific requirements. It is the only way we can arrive at the correct architecture and design for the site they need and the conversation doesn’t stop there. We don’t want our clients to have any surprises when they see our designs for the first time. It should be a seamless co-operation from start to finish.
